The PLA hasn't fought a comventional war since 1979, where Vietnam embarassed them. How are they planning an amphibious landing against anti-ship missiles?   16.  @Tribalpotato  The only thing they promised was resorting to the UN Security Council to provide assistance to Ukraine. Also, NATO isn't part of the Budapest Memorandum, the UK and the US signed it along with Russia. So Germany, Poland, etc could refuse to help if they wanted even though they're in NATO.

Hell, Russia's own state media ran an article saying that many Westerners are misguided and see Putin as a "savior" when he's not interested in the alt-right. Even Russia called out these people. Hackers? You're confusing cyberwarfare with psyops.
