  1. Just to add to your comment. Japanese also want to provide the best service possible and with the language barrier, sometimes orders might get messed up or wrong. Japanese workers don't want you leaving their place with a negative view because of some misunderstandings. They would rather not take your patronage than fail at providing you with the best service possible.
