  2.  @ToyokaX  He interviews people in Tokyo and most of the factory's jobs are outside of Tokyo, he would have to go out to Chiba or Saitama to find these people.

  3.  @gigithebarberbeauty7146  Lots of people from SE Asia work in these bento packing companies and other work because the lifestyle is better in Japan. It's safer, cleaner and more orderly than countries like Viet-Nam, Philippines and other SE countries.
