  4.  @spacepotato2277  I hate to say it but Diversity is also a factor. Japan is 97% which means a majority of the people are on the same page.

  6. That's why the West is becoming a crap hole. The US has the attitude of rules are holding people back and rules are keeping us from being free.

  7. It has to do with the language barrier. Landlords don't like foreigners because most don't speak and understand Japanese. The restaurants, the same reason. They don't want to have a mistake when ordering and getting something, they didn't want, making the restaurant a bad experience.

  8. @Arslxn_Ash Those people are very rare so instead trying to weed out the speakers, they just have a blanket rule to cover all foreigners.

  9. Right, just think how much money people would save on utility bills. 2 months in winter and 2 months in summer my bills are doubled.
