Malaysia is giving it's balls away. 1. Malaysia is not a country which is scarce on land resources. If someone builds a city on land that has to be reclaimed, then there is an intention behind. That intention is clear with all infrastructural and security task being awarded to private companies. 2. The other big point is the finances. It is an easy method to keep the money in China. They are using Malaysian resources, but they are the ones who benefit. Amazing China can get through with this. 3. Eco when there needs to be precious sea flora and fauna destroyed, forest when they was no forest but sea ... ridiculous. I believe that approach should tell people already everything.
