  1. Two of the biggest hurdles with caseless ammo are: 1. cased ammo pulls out a whole lot of heat from the chamber. 2. Effectively pulling out a round in the chamber without firing is quite difficult. Until they can figure out a propellant that does not produce as much heat, the G11 project is dead in the water.
