@thelazy0ne Yep, just vote for socialists and let all tax payers pay you unemployment benefits/social securities or better yet universal income so you don't have to go to work and let everyone else pay for sending your kids to school, your medical care etc. Truth is my man, there are lazy people abusing any system so others can pay for their expenses be it capitalism or socialism or any other system.

@iwannadancewithgeorge Maybe it looks good in theory but in practice we have plenty of live world examples to look at, China, Cuba, N.Korea and so on and then check where they are at on freedom indexes. Of course there are pros and cons with every government type but if you like freedoms such as Civil Liberties, Political rights, freedom of speech etc then chances are you won't like living in a communist state.

It's a country with a population still remembering the great famine in the 60s that killed millions - There are still people around that lived through those times and they have made sure to instill to their children and grandchildren the extreme consequences of not succeeding. There is a reason a lot of foreigners visiting China usually say that money is the only Chinese god, one of the main reason seems more like it's about survival rather than greed, in my mind at least.
