@owindustry Not really Swedish volunteers fought for the Finnish side last time Russia (Soviets) attacked Finland, all Nordic countries have great relations.

@fpxy00 No Turkey is not even in the top 5 when it comes to military spending in NATO. It has the second biggest army in terms of soldiers though.

@ilkerturk1997 Like the previous guy said there is a difference between the common English language and what's being used in formal documents and in the UN assembly. Turkey can dictate how it's dealt with in official settings but it cannot dictate how common people use the English language. It's not the same. It's like Macedonia is called North Macedonia now on official papers but everybody still calls it Macedonia in common English.

@_Redronin_ It is a crime and they were charged and served the prison sentence already. I am not really getting at what you expect? You think Finland would extradite individuals that broke Finish laws and served their time to be sent to Turkey? That's not how it works.

NATO is not a democracy if it then 51% support would be enough.

@MetalheadAndNerd I kind of agree but I think it's mostly Erdogan, not Turkey that is the issue. I am confident one day Erdogan will be gone and the Turks will head towards a path of more freedom, justice and democracy. They are nice people and they deserve it.

@urmajesty3866 It's not about what Turkey wants, they already tried and were refused. Even if they want to it doesn't matter as long as EU says no.

@inso80 Erdogan wants them to add "Trust me br0" as a legitimate reason for extradition in Turkish - Swedish/Finish affairs.

It's his job, he has to be diplomatic in front of the cameras he is totally allowed to shout and yell at Turkey behind closed doors but you never do that in public. That's just diplomatic protocol.

He is just exercising formal diplomatic behaviour, you don't embarrass any party in public. The real negotiation goes on behind closed doors.

@Polo-rn8ly LOL you should have seen what happened to the Swedish Embassy after the Burning of the Qur'an in Turkey... maybe we should ask Turkey to extradite those Turkish nationals too?
