  3.  @minotaur-  Search " Cluster bombs dropped in Kharkiv " for some of the first attacks on civilians ! .. also used on civilians in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Sumy, Kherson and Chernihiv. 🤡
