Russia have been using cluster munitions on civilians since the beginning of the invasion ... all documented by UN ( videos on here ). Russian logistics is a joke .... that's why all Russian troops and armour were wiped out at the start near Hostomel ! Bots like yourself like to think NATO are fighting as Russia are so bad ... its an embarrassment to be called a "Superpower " !
