  6.  WoWa-C  Other side of the world not their own border .... The Soviets gave VN an entire air force, a complete air defense system, tanks, everything. It’s not even close. BTW, the Vietcong were not directly supplied internationally much, Soviet assistance went directly to the NVA. Soviet pilots were flying the planes over North Vietnam.
