My favorite biscuit I make is actually classed as shortbread biscuit. It's got flour, baking powder and baking soda, salt, sour cream and butter. Then freshly shredded cheddar. They are awesome. They do get laminated a little bit too.

Hmm I'm gonna have to try this. Only thing I'd steam the eggs then flour, egg and bread crumbs.. This is similat to scotched eggs less the sausage

Beside fuel type the other thing that differs between the 18th and 21st century is precision. For example I use induction cooktop and Sous Vide where a constant temperature is set.

Of course now we have ROT-13, MD5 and other cyphers. My favorites are the Ceasarean Cipher and the VIgenere cypher which is more complex. One place I worked we used to have encryption contests and Vigenere cypher unless you knew the key couldn't be broken easily. And 'invisible' inks well make sure the underlying text is encrypted.
