  1. I don't agree with your claim that the reason ISIS rose up was the Iraq invasion or that leaving it didn't contribute to it. ISIS was already brewing underneath Saddam Hussein, he even fostered the religious radicalism movement in his country. In other words, we can only speculate what would have happened if we didn't invade. My guess Iraq would've underwent a similar revolt like Libya and Syria, the US would probably have supported the resistance and the resistance would still have turned into ISIS. So Trump CAN make a claim that Obama founded ISIS, (through funding and supplying them) it's a weak one, and it leaves us with same criticism towards the GOP, but it's not one that can immediately be rebuked which means that Trum's case that it should just have been 'handled better' remains strong.
