Same with suffocation and slave labour. russia has been well known to do this and worse to prisoners in their filtration camps. Camps that remind many of ww2.

There's 25 reports of mistreatment which include 1 instance of a prisoner being executed, and one being tortured. Meanwhile hundreds of reports of russian war crimes including weaponisig grape of hundreds of civilians. So far none of the OHCHR cases have been prosecuted Ukraine isn't cherry picking. Though they have prosecuted their own soldiers in the past for clear violations.
