  5. ย @tomtom34bย  they lost a lot of jobs and the supplies aren't being shipped to russia either. Its less about McDonald's and more about over 1000 companies closing their doors. Unemployment is around 35% to 40%

  6. ย @tranthiminhchauam5538ย  you do realise liquid has more density then gas, a little liquid can make a lot of gas โ›ฝ Also the refrigeration process removes some impurities and makes the gas almost pure CH4 which is what makes engines go burrrrr and in a clean efficient manner. I'm thinking you are the one who doesn't know much about LNG ๐Ÿšขโ›ฝ๐ŸŒŠโ˜๏ธ

  8. ย @tranthiminhchauam5538ย  you need half as much LNG to generate the same energy as nautral gas. โ›ฝ Also in Canada we have tar sands, nuclear power, and hydro electric dams. I'll definitely be fine here. Alberta already increased oil production 1,000 a day and they estimate they will have it up by 10,000 barels a day by January 2023.

  9. ย @tranthiminhchauam5538ย  yeah and in liquid form it's much more efficient to store and when turned back into gas, burns cleaner. Russia makes some LNG but their capacity is low and the industry relies on foreign parts from places like Germany and Canada.

  10. ย @tranthiminhchauam5538ย  there are already pipelines in Lithuania set up to manage LNG and these a large floating platform that's being docked in Germany. It can process LNG for trucks and the existing pipeline infrastructure. It's really a lot better for Europe to switch over to LNG for the efficiency of almost perfectly pure gas. They transport it as liquid, warm it up at the ports and then pipe it through the lines. The liquefaction process removes most unwanted gases and makes it practically pure CH4. This makes it more efficient and cleaner burning then unprocessed nautral gas from russia.

Europe went with russian gas because Germany was bribed and they had the misguided belief it would be a useful bargaining chip. They were wrong. Europe is now investing in a better more reliable source of energy. Poutn is helping out Europe the same way he helped expand NATO. Russia doesn't manufacture it's gas infrastructure. It will be a long term loss as russia can't just wish gas to India and China. Without German and Canadian help russia is out of luck.

He planted a flag on one and keeps sending military ice breakers into our waters. Like last year we had to save a stuck russian crew for like the third time. We appreciate ukraine stopping russia from bullying their neighbours ๐Ÿ‘
