  2. It's just what I thought it was, as another deutan. There were online stores selling from china in Lazada and Shopee, the top ecommerce websites in my country. Only the local online stores tho had reviews. The bad reviews there are not allowed to not be shown in public. you just have an option on which reviews you want to promote on your page. The bad reviews didn't exactly say tho if they worked. They just showed it had a sort of red tint. The ones selling on facebook tho made videos showing how it works and you could basically use it to pass a colorblind test in some driving tests, but I'd presume they would have you take off your glasses and not use it. I didn't end up buying them because they just looked like normal sunglasses with red tint. The free color identifying mobile apps I have on my phone and websites were more practical at helping me identify the correct colors.
