Imagine a situation where in 24 the red states wont certify the election. who is in charge then? what if theres a situation where the federal govt is sent in to a red state to 'restore order' and theyre faced against the states ntl guard? all of a sudden you have fed vs state conflicts. its scary. its not difficult to foresee this happening at all.
