  41.  @dustinhendricks951  SoOoOo.... Did you think that stuffing all those comments with irrelevant to the subject babble, was somehow going to discourage me from pointing out that you have yet to answer my question?🤣 Yes! I do keep asking the same thing. This right here. 👇 You said, "You might want to look closer how (regulated) in the Constitution was used. It's not what you think.". So, how is "(regulated)" used differently then how I think? BECAUSE... The first thing you said to me was this! 👇 "You might want to look closer how (regulated) in the Constitution was used. It's not what you think." AT NO POINT have you answered that question. All you keep doing is dancing around it and asking things that indicate that you don't know the answer, yourself. Like this latest one, here! 👇 "...? Ok "Do you mean federal government is responsible for monitoring how many Firearms are what kind of firearms in law-abiding citizens have?" WHICH WAS A RESPONSE to these 2, here!👇 "Ugh.... Dude... Just say that you where not prepared to back up that claim you made... This is like the 3rd time I have asked you to explain what you meant when you said I was not using regulation incorrectly. This is the third time you've dodged it. How was I not using the word regulation in the Constitution correctly?" "Oh goodness! So you never had anything to back up your critique then. You just thought you'd throw out there that I wasn't using regulation right and then totally not be prepared to back that up with anything.... Think whatever you like about me... You keep dodging the substance. Not me. 😉✌"

  81.  DB Stevens  I never really got you guys who cherry-picked some stat that you just feed off the other people without looking at the entirety of the picture. You think it's going to make you sound smart enough to scare somebody else away for some reason. Yes.... Our gun problem in America is a multi-pronged problem. Our mass shooting problem in America is a multi-pronged problem. If you want to slow or stop mass shootings guns are not the only thing that need to be addressed. If you want to stop mass shootings taking away all guns is not necessarily the answer and it's not what anyone wants. You guys are letting the right-wing scare you into thinking we're trying to take all your guns away all the damn time. I don't give a damn about your gun. I grew up down south. I'm still here now. I do a reasonably dangerous job on a daily basis. Ain't nobody taking my gun from me. What I also have is regular gun safety courses, a clean bill of Mental Health, regular maintenance on my firearm oh, the ability to only carry it when necessary and be responsible while I'm doing so and I don't need a goddamn hand Cannon to get the job done. Because... If you need an auto, semi-auto or a bump that basically makes yours a semi-auto to be able to hit what you're firing at, you ain't got no business carrying that gun in the first place. The good ideas for gun regulations that I've heard of would be annual proficiency exams paid for by the government for anyone who wants to open carry Scientific studies to determine the specific problems that cause the gun violence epidemic in America getting rid of what most people call the Gun Show loophole but is really the private seller loophole making people who have been diagnosed with severe and mental illnesses not able to get ahold of a firearm Government-sponsored firearm safety classes And the only thing that I would probably consider Banning would be bumps that turn regular guns into semi automatics.... but I'm still a little iffy on that one. Now, drama queens like you will hear nothing but.... oh my God these crazy Democrats are trying to take our guns away. .... that right there is exactly what the right-wing feeds you every time anyone wants to put a new gun regulation up except it's b***** and you're being there useful idiot.

  84.  @dustinhendricks951  SoOoOo... That is an interesting article.... it's super late so I'm probably going to get to the rest tomorrow but the first thing that struck me was the definitions. In the sentences from the dictionary, it seems to be saying that it's kept... Or kept up.... orderly... Organized even.... well regulated. That actually doesn't go against the understanding of the regulations to keep it that way. Were you ever in the military? I'm not. My whole family is though. Literally. My entire family except me and the generation below me. There's commonality between the military regiments. Air Force, Army, Navy, Coast Guard... It doesn't matter. They all have what they call Regs.... obviously short for regulations. Most of the founders themselves were military men. So I could see them placing well-regulated there. It doesn't discount the regulations about gun control. It back some up. Regs are Universal in the military. You have regulations for almost everything when you're in the military. From your guns, to how you wear your clothes and even your family and house if you live on base. Which I'm sure you know we're basically rules. Do this a certain way. It's done that certain way for a purpose. There's always a purpose. So when they use that with gun control and regulations... Or well regulated, they're talking about regulations. Wench, again we have always had with firearms from the jump. There has always been some kind of regulation on a firearm since we have had the birth of the right. That is because they are recognized as deadly tools. Yes, they can be tools but they can also hurt and kill people, innocent people. Whether it's on purpose or by accident. Regulations are meant to mitigate damage.

  85.  @dustinhendricks951  You are 33... I'm 35. 1984. Both my grandfathers where in World War 1 & 2. 1 Army 1 Navy. Both my grandmothers were Army nurses. My dad's brother was in Vietnam. My dad guarded Air Force One under two presidents. My mom and her three sisters we're all Air Force. My brother is Army and has done two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. High school when the towers went down. I had an uncle in tower 2. No one did anything that day but watch the TV screens. There were teachers crying in the hallways. Everybody was really quiet. I had not registered until my dad came to pick me up from school that, Uncle Len was in tower 2. I felt bad about that for years. I just didn't think about it. I had been watching all day.... I almost got suspended two days later forgetting in this fight because of my Uncle. This stupid girl overheard me telling a friend about my uncle and I had not remembered he was there. I said something about how he was not blood related. I believe it was... he wasn't my uncle uncle... Uncle Len and my dad had known each other basically back since sandbox days and so he was my uncle. That's the part this stupid little girl overheard, what's around and said do you think you would have remembered him if he was your real Uncle. I sat there stunned for about half a second. Long enough to see the smile form on her face and then I lunged.... pretty sure the only reason I got a pass was because of the whole Uncle Tower thing. I've actually read that before. Bluster and posturing aside, I really do make it my business to know the facts about what I'm talking about, before I speak on it. Not enough people do that nowadays.... Which is why I am unclear as to why you gave me this to read? What are you trying to prove out? And I section them out in different comments, so its easier all around to track the topics... BTW. I don't try and comment flood for nefarious purpose, or anything. I'm just a little OCD like that.

  112.  DB Stevens  and ya skipped some stuff... what's wrong? Got your feels all up in it because you didn't have a good response! 🤣 "And I love that logic by the way. Laws don't work! That's why we have vigilantes running about and no order in the streets and the justice system has absolutely just collapsed. Prisoners are out running everywhere. People are declaring martial law... Except they can't do that because laws don't work... Wait oh, no. That's silly. Which means where it came from was silly. LOL" "yes, before reasonable gun regulation it was easier to get a gun. Getting a gun and having the quantity of guns in America as a whole are two different things. Are more guns in America today than there ever has been since America started. You're not arguing with me. You're arguing with scientific statistic. In fact I could get you that scientific statistics."
