Anne M So... 1... This REALLY REALLY is not about me. But... Sense you brought it up... I have faith in things I can prove to be real. Its not that I don't have faith. Its that I don't have blind faith. I choose to have faith in things that are real. Blind faith tends to end badly. Has so many times in history. Measured and evidence proven, thought process and the conclusion to such, is what tends to be the smart play. Science... Nor any other entity, person, group, experiment, object... etc... Has ever shown any proof of any higher being of any sort in hundreds of thousands of years. Religion tends to be made up by people in power, trying to keep that power, by subduing the masses with threats and promises. Usually centered around being punished horribly for not believing and the promise of something after, for those who can't take the pressure of this life being the only one we get. Your suggestion that because science hasn't been able to prove something to be true or not true as of yet, it makes it "god"... That is nothing new. It is also not sound logic. Just bc one thing can't be figured out right away, it doesn't mean it is "god". It just means it hasn't been figured out yet. That used to be a lot of things... Fire The wheel Antibiotics Electricity 👆 We didn't understand all those things, but then we figured them out. That did not mean while we didn't have them figured out, that it was "god" and then after, it was science. It just meant it hadn't been understood yet.
