I was simply remarking that if it was common knowledge, it should be super easy for you to be able to prove it's true, right? Cuz, follow up with me here... Common... would mean it's not hard to obtain. Knowledge requires you to be able to "know" something. It's even in the word. 😉 "Knowing" something, means that you can prove it.... Right? So having something being "common knowledge", means it's super easy for you to prove... Right? Which is great news for you! Great! Now that we have that little misunderstanding out of the way... Or something... ... okay, precious... so a false dichotomy is basically when somebody says something to set up a false scenarios, as to wear, in your case, people believe what you're saying, without proof, or they have to be stupid.
