benny pitt conduct involving FBI director Comey and Michael Flynn. - on January 27th the day after the president was told that Flynn had lied to the vice president and I have made similar statements to the FBI, the president invited, FBI director Comey to a private dinner at the White House and told Comey that he needed to loyalty. Tried to influince Comey involving the election, when he was running it. - on February 14th, the day after the president requested Flynn's resignation, the president told an outside advisor, "now that we fired Flynn, the Russia thing is over". The adviser disagreed and said the investigation would continue. Fired Flynn to try and stop the investigation. - later that afternoon, so president clear the Oval Office to have a one-on-one meeting with Comey. Referring to the FBI's investigation of Flynn, the president said, "I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go. He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go". Again trying to get Comey to drop the investigation. - shortly after requesting cleanse resignation speaking privately Tacoma, the president's want to have the deputy National Security advisor KT McFarland draft an internal letter stating that the president had not directed Flynn to discuss sanctions with kislyak. McFarland declined because she did not know whether that was true, and a White House counsel's Office attorney. That the request would look like a quid pro quo for an ambassadorship she had been offered. Trying to get subordinates to falsify documents.

benny pitt Hey, sorry! Didn't catch this reply yesterday. Was dealing with crazy ppl. 🙄 I believe he tried to a few times, if I remember correctly. I think it went to court and got challenged. I'd have to look it up though... Cuz I'm not certain.

So in this one he was thinging hard on it but never did. So, during the investigation he was thinking hard on claiming executive privilege over Comey but ended up not doing it because it seems like people talk them out of it. Then during the point between Mueller finishing the investigation and the report actually coming out, not only did he try to assert executive privilege over the entire report but he also tried to assert executive privilege over mcgann's documents that the Senate intelligence committee subpoena..

As for the Comey stuff... I wasn't claiming it meant that. Like I said... I had just remembered some kind of EP claim during the election, that I couldn't remember the details on. It must have been that. Thats all I was saying. I wasn't saying you where wrong or anything. Just in my head and not rememebring details and all. Lol

And after sessions announced edric usual on March 2nd, the president expressed anger at the decision and told and visors that he should that has an attorney general who would protect him. That weekend, the president took sessions aside at an event and urged him to unrecuse. Tried to get Session to unrecuse. Claiming and thinking that his attorney general's job was to protect him and not the office. - in the following days, the president reached out to the Director of National Intelligence and the leaders of the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Security Agency to ask them what they could do to publicly dispel the suggestion that the president had any connection to the Russian election interference effort. The President also twice called Comey directly, notwithstanding guidance from Magan to avoid direct contact with the Department of Justice. Abuse of power for personal gain... But I dont think that's the Mueller Reports strongest arguemnt for obstruction. Considering he asked and didnt order. Though there is something to be said about throwing his weight around.

benny pitt the appointment of a special counsel and efforts to remove him - after Mueller was appointed, Trump demanded that sessions resign. For the first but npt last time. Firing people for not shutting down the investigation or curtailing it to his liking. - Trump is going around trying to discredit Bob Mueller by saying he had conflicts of interest and therefore could not serve. Earlier he had told his advisors in his Oval Office that Mueller's hiring would be the end of his presidency. The President's advisers told him the assorted conflicts were Merit list and have already been considered by the Department of Justice. Trying to discredit the lead investigator without Merit and basically because he was afraid of him. - on July 17th, 2017, the president called him again at home and directed him to call the acting attorney general and say that the special Counsel had conflicts of interest and must be removed. McGann did not carry out the direction, however, deciding that he would resign rather than trigger what he regarded as a potential Saturday night Massacre. But for McGann refusing to take the order, we would have been talkin Nixon all over again. So that one is kind of a big one and certainly cannot be put under the category of trying to deny the investigators information that they already had.

For this to be a WIN for the TRUTH, all that needs to happen, is for Mueller to get up there and say, what the redacted version of the Mueller Report actually says. That is it. Especially the second half.
