  1. +bduhe219 I think Hillary is making a mistake by attacking Bernie's ideas as unacheivable because she sound like, like Obama, she's not going to try. She's going to give away Social Security without a fight. She's not really going to do anything about the economy. She's not going to fight to get anything done.

  2. bduhe219 She did a similar thing when she was running against Obama and it didn't work there either. I think instead of telling people not to expect too much she should be making what she is presenting sound better.

  3. bduhe219 I'm not dismissing her as not wanting to try anything. I'm saying that at this point her campaign has focused too much on saying "we can't pass this so why should we try"? Get the difference?

  4. bduhe219 I'm sure she is trying to look realistic. She needs to get away from her handlers sometimes. She may not realize that Obama has something of a reputation for starting too weakly and giving up too much when trying to negotiate with Republicans (who aren't really interested in negotiating). She comes off as "We're not going to try anything and I will give away the farm to satisfy the GOP."

  5. bduhe219 And, as I've said, she's going about it in the wrong way. Instead of saying we shouldn't try and then acting like a victim she needs to present her ideas in a way that is positive.
