  4. Jonny Mahony These farmers are in no danger of losing their livelihood. And if he had paid what he owed as he went along he wouldn't be faced with these fines. There are many farmers and ranchers who use the land, pay for the use and are in no danger of bankruptcy.

  6. Jonny Mahony They are using public land for their own profits and they are not allowing the public to use the land.  They should reimburse the public for that land and the public resources they use.
