  1. Kavanaugh has consistently lied throughout this process. People who knew him then say this is consistent with the person they knew and some who remember the Ramirez incident. If he would just say "I was a heavy drinker in high school and college" I could respect him a little--but he lies about it. The lying is happening now, in the present.
