The man has a major lack of judgement. He's now made that lack of judgement public. He is a liability in the courtroom.

Tylr He is allowed to say whatever he wants but if what he says casts doubt on his ability to do his job that interferes with his efficiency. No one has stopped him from speaking but if people when pointing to what he chooses to prosecute can point to these comments it is a problem. He showed incredibly bad judgement here. He has a job with the government and he is expected to treat each situation with equal judgement--this throws doubt on his ability to do that.

Tylr You can say it on your free time. Do you think your employer shouldn't be able to fire you? Are you opposed to at will employment?
2
Tylr When you are at work you are also allowed to say what you want, and your employer is allowed to fire you.

Tylr If you are making your workplace unpleasant, that is related. Otherwise, if you work in a liberal state that has workplace protections you might have a case to sue your employer. In a conservative "right to work" state they can fire you because they don't like your looks.

Tylr Also, if you say that at work and you work with gays you've just created a hostile work environment. So--tough for you. You don't need to say every stupid thing that comes into your head. That's why you're supposedly able to reason--because you can assess the situation rather than just blowing hard.

Tylr Yes, you've pointed out that you hate people you work with--no one asked you to be friends but you also can't alienate people. You don't have to say everything. You really don't understand this do you. You're working somewhere and you've now alienated co-workers, this effects your work environment. If you don't get that you really are stupid and were probably fired because you're an idiot.

Tylr You can go home and say whatever you want and depending on who (if anyone) you live with there may not be any ramifications. You can post things online--but people have the right to react to what you say and if your employer thinks you're bringing bad publicity to your workplace they can fire you for that. You still have the right to say what you want--but you don't have a right to have that job.

Tylr I would say "you're welcom" but I think you're just being whiny saying "I'm being treated unfairly", like Donald Trump.

No.

Do you really think the comments on Youtube are any signal of the show's success?
1
He should be suspended because he has a real lack of judgement.
