The numbers were really close in many swing states they could have made a difference. Again, this is real world, not just some Tumblr feminist being annoying.

We should get rid of the electoral college but you also don't seem to understand how it works.  Hillary got the popular vote but there are certain states that have more power than they should based on their population--like the Southern States and some that have less like California, but if those swing state would have gone to Hillary, Trump would have lost. The electoral college still has to reflect the votes in those states.

  10. Ken Bone But there were still a lot of people who didn't vote because they thought their vote didn't matter. In a state like California it might not have but in the swing states it definitely mattered. We do need to get rid of the electoral college--but I don't see that happening while Republicans are in office because they benefit for it. Maybe we here in California need to have some sort of strike where we withhold tax dollars until something is done.

Trump has threatened to destroy and imprison his opponents and wants to censor and shut down comedy shows that criticized him. He's not a free speech advocate. So don't use other people's political correctness as an excuse for your own bigotry. You're as anti-free expression as the most extreme third wave feminist.

Darnell In several school systems in America evolution cannot be taught or has to have creationist b.s. taught as though it is equal.  All of the conservative "abstinence only" sex education classes. Forcing women's health care professionals to give show women who want abortions ultrasounds or other even more invasive procedures. See, these things aren't just people criticizing you on college campuses--these are real world things.
