  4. It's interesting to hear these actors-Hugh Jackman, Chris Evans, Henry Cavill etc... talk about how hard it is to get into the kind of shape they need to be in to do these movies. It's torture for them and they don't need to go work at a day job in an office 8+ hours a day.

  18. Fosphor Not actually true--and I'd like to see your actual statistics. Many thin people don't eat more healthily, some hardly eat at all. They are not active because they have no energy because they don't eat. And whether your thin or fat does not actually guarantee how healthy you are. People who use heroin are thin--but they're not healthy. Many people with amazing physiques are not actually healthy.

  22. moonlily1 My point was, that even for these men who do this for a living, keeping that kind of physique is very difficult--and they have trainers and cooks to help them. I'm not sure where you got the idea that I was saying an office job is harder.
