  3. It goes in a secure government facility where they have logs of who comes to view it. This obviously preferable to the basement of a country club that is frequented by Chinese spies. Trump would have the clearance to view the documents at the facility, but he does not have legal procession of the documents.

  4.  @JeffGeraghty  China is not a fan of Biden, because he is the first American president to publicly commit support for Taiwan. On the other hand, Trump was scared to say anything when China destroyed Hong Kong democracy, put Muslims in concentration camps, and had covid spread throughout China. Let's also not forget how Trump stupidly leaked highly classified intelligence in meetings with leaders of Israel and Russia.
