The small amounts of money used to keep the Ukrainian civilians from starving due to Russian aggression is in American accounts, and it has to be requested per item to be used. In addition, most of the aid is just old American hardware, or it is spent in American factories. I'm not sure how people think Ukrainians are laundering artillery shells made in Arizona.

If Russia has such a surplus of precision missiles, then why are missile strikes now less frequent, less accurate, and consists of fewer missiles? If Russian causalities are so low, then why did Putin call for a mobilization after promising he wouldn't? Clearly, Russia still has plenty of tanks since they are happy to leave so many behind for Ukraine to have during Russia's lightning retreats. Russia is so generous that they have supplied more tanks to Ukraine during the war that NATO seems stingy by comparison.

Putin also advanced on Ukrainia's second largest city when Ukraine couldn't get more artillery. If there wasn't more aid, Putin would have turned a city of 1.4 million people into rubble. Admit you don't care if Putin kills thousands of Christians men, women, and children in Ukraine, but don't pretend like you care about peace.
