  2.  @DavidHalko  That is why it is a "curve." If you cut taxes when they are too high, then the economic boost will bring in more revenue. (Reagan) When you cut taxes when they are relatively low, then you get a huge drop in taxable revenue as the economic needle won't move as much. (Bush/Trump)

  3.  @DavidHalko  You make a good point if it wasn't completely counter to real data from the US Treasury and conflicting with serious estimates from the Congressional Budget Office.
