The general embarrassed the military establishment so bad that they had to rerun the war games where the US team was given the handicap of knowing where all the adversary military assets were hidden. Basically, they had to cheat to win against a hypothetical Iran commanded by a 3 star US general.

@Starkogi I wouldn't underestimate Iran's revolutionary guard. The aren't idiots and they have had decades to think of asymmetrical solutions to challenge the US military.

@subduedreader5627 As the military banned him from using radar and shooting down big, slow planes carrying paratroopers. Something, I'm sure Iran would do. 🙄

@kinocorner976 Their communications were motorbikes, lights on runways, and coded prayer announcements that Muslim countries play 5 times a day. The US assumed they would have more advantage technology for the war games, so why not account for improvements of Irani missles?
