@richardworton4597 Hospitals require proof of vaccination records (this has been true pre-covid). It is a requirement of Medicare and Medicaid payments. Even as a government contractor, I had to submit proof of vaccination.

It's pretty standard for medical staff to be required to get vaccines. Other than this particular vaccine needlessly being politicalized, what has changed?
