@LuckyFlesh There are 40 counts in the Florida case, and Trump doesn't have a defense based on the facts. There is a reason his story has changed 4 times and he doing everything possible to delay the slam dunk case for Smith.

I agree. This is a useless conversation, because Trump isn't even charged with the presidential record's act. He already lost that case when a judge gave him a subpoena to return the documents. Trump is being charged for crimes related to ignoring the subpoena and hiding the goverment's documents from the justice department.

@LuckyFlesh Trump doesn't even deny anymore that he hid classified documents after the subpoena. There are pictures, witnesses, boxes of documents collected, Trump's lawyer documenting the crime in audio, and a recording of Trump confessing that he couldn't declassify the documents he had. What defense is the defense going to give?

@LuckyFlesh The court already said they weren't his records, and the court issued a subpoena for him to return the government's documents to the government. Trump ignored the subpoena and hid the documents from the government. All of these actions are felonies.

@LuckyFlesh You also have Trump on tape saying he doesn't have the ability to declassified the documents in his possession. All of which was said in front of a room full of witnesses who are willing to testify.
