@dylanclay2741 Whataboutism is a logical fallacy, which attempts to discredit an opponent's position by charging hypocrisy without directly refuting or disproving the argument. There is no defense of Trump's actions, so his allies will always change the topic with a "What about..."

@dylanclay2741 Trump said not to cause violence after watching his supporters on TV assault the police for over three hours. He also justified their actions and told them they were loved in the same statement.
