  5.  @RustyPhelps  Habba literally failed to check the right box on a form to get a jury trial. On top of that, she seems to not care about the facts of the case, and she can't get her client to follow the basic judicial rules that every American has to follow in a courtroom. I would be unsurprised if this was her first case based on her performance.
