Russia like a tiny dog that is all bark. Russia and North Korea are only countries in the world that need nuclear threats to stay relevant.

@Suno-ta-sei Due to Russian corruption, the country doesn't have any economic influence or soft power available to influence anyone. Like North Korea, the only way Russia has a voice on the world stage is to threaten actual powers like America, China,, and the EU with cyber attacks and nuclear weapons.

@Suno-ta-sei Economic influence masters more in the 21st century. That is why China is approaching superpower status, while Russia is barely more relevant than Italy on the world stage.
