  1. Personally, I think the court should treat public figures and private figures differently, like the law treats defamation cases. Trump should be able to criticize public officials like Pence and Barr while restricting Trump going after court officials, prosecutors' families, and non-political witnesses.

  3. ​​ @jamesdouthat3999 Trump is very aware that anyone he goes after gets death threats to themselves and their family. Trump obviously doesn't have an issue with the death threats because he never criticizes that behavior and often offers justifications for the death threats.
