All of this would be irrelevant if Biden would protect our border as he is legally required to do.

@yt.personal.identification They get their day in court, but that doesn't mean they get to stay in the country while it is pending. People who go through the legal process don't get automatic entry into the country. The outcome is decided by the country of orgin. No where except Haiti and Cuba would legally be considered refugees.

@yabbo5138 The migrants get to choose to get on the bus or not. Those cities where chosen due to them advertising themselves welcoming to illegal immigrants and them being large enough to take care of them. However, these Democrat mayors seem to be talking about them like they are locust.

Biden was putting immigrants and kids in cages due to a lack of resources at the border. The migrants are better off being sent to NYC and DC.

The obvious solution is for Biden to protect the border. There wouldn't be any migrants to send if Biden didn't open the border to thousands to cross every day.

@yt.personal.identification The migrants aren't fleeing a natural disaster. They aren't being persecuted by their government. They aren't fleeing a war zone. They aren't refugees by any legal definition. They are illegally entering the United States for better job opportunities and they can wait outside the country until their court case like everyone else who goes through the legal process.

@SLJShortt The wall is a stupid waste of money. Obviously, hire more immigration judges and have the "asylum seekers" wait in Mexico for their court dates. 99% of them aren't real asylum seekers anyway.

@miapdx503 1,700 migrants go into El Paso everyday and there isn't enough resources to take care of them. Why do you only care about the hundreds going to New York every week? It seems hypocritical to only care about these migrants when the fake outrage can be used to furthers your partisan attacks.

@bettinadewoof3309 The Trump administration made the economic migrants wait for their court cases in Mexico. This way they couldn't use fake asylum seekers status to gain entry into the country and disappear before their court case. This is drastically lower than the record amount of migrants Biden is inviting into the country.

@yt.personal.identification What did I say that was wrong? Other than Haitians after the earthquake, none of these border crossers qualify as refugees and would have their asylum claim rejected if the immigration courts didn't have years long backlogs.

@bjornstahle4652 That is objectively untrue if you look at the data released from the Biden administration that shows a record amount of illegal aliens and drugs coming over the border.

@donnawhiteturkey7240 Border enforcement is the sole purview of the federal government. Unfortunately, Biden refuses to do his job. I know in Texas that we offered assistance in border protection, but Biden sued to make the states wouldn't make up his dereliction of duty.

@SLJShortt The numbers coming over the border is from the data released from the Department of Homeland Security. America is a nation of laws as well as immigrants. Biden is required to protect the border and he has ignored the law.

@yt.personal.identification Just because the results are obvious, doesn't mean they don't get a court case. While their case is doomed to failure, they have two years before their court date and by then they disappear from federal agents. When Trump made them wait in Mexico for their country, the frivolous asylum claims disappeared. For them to be actual refugees in US law, then the law would to be changed to grant refugee status to people fleeing gang violence or economic collapse caused by socialism. Until then, they don't qualify.

@limsk9839 Biden sued any organization that volunteered to guard the border. He won't let the border guard or anyone else do it. I guess he just wants it open.

@yt.personal.identification The outcome is based on the law and state department designation. I guess this all too complex for you. Maybe read a book. We are also a nation of laws. Without respect for the laws, the powerful can do what they want and our elections won't matter.
