@RUTHLESSambition5 American disagree on almost everything, but even Democrats and Republicans can agree that war crimes are horrifying. It perplexes me how Russian cheer at the bombing of Ukraine hospitals and the kidnapping of Ukraine children.

@darktube8712 America prosecuted many of their own soldiers for war crimes as attacking civilians is against the rules of engagement, while Russia generals order for war crimes to be committed and then give metals to those who carry it out.
