  4. ​​​ @mantaszmenskis5619 This isn't unique to Republicans, but the difference is that the extreme progressives don't have enough representives or the backings of the president to do these shenanigans. The squad is only 9 members, while the freedom caucus has 45. Pelosi had the votes to ignore her extremists, while McCarthy can't get a majority without them.
