@TheWorld_2099 Even if you disagree with him, there is nothing evil about voting in line with Trump policies on taxes, trade, health care, etc. However, undermining Democracy is not a left/right debate. It should be opposed by all Americans.

The choices are standing up against Trump and leaving office, or quietly be complicit to the president's demands. With Trump's sway with Republican voters, there isn't an option to stand against Trump and stay elected.

@toyajackson556 That's fair

@lollypoplibby6265 Ray Moore.

Marsha Grubbs All these accusations were investigated by William Barr's justice department and they concluded there wasn't any mass voter fraud. Also, I more likely to believe in lizard people than Trump-loyalist Barr being part of the "deep state" trying to get Biden elected through fraud.

@silentdragon9151 ANTIFA is fundamentally dumb organization. Without seeing the irony, they use violence to try to silence groups they consider "fascist". It is a fascist ant-fascist organization. I would also like to point out the group's influence or threat is greatly exaggerated. ANTIFA is Trump's boogeyman that he blames for every crime that takes place in a city that has a BLM protest.

@iangrant4756 So violence is okay as long as you find the group undesirable? That is fascist.

@thegoblinsglen A lot of Republicans don't like Trump, but there really isn't an alternative for conservatives in a two party system. For example, a majority of my family and friends work in the oil business. They don't like Trump's incompetence on covid or his voter fraud claims, but they can't support Democrats like Biden who want to ban the fracking jobs that puts food on the table.
1
@thegoblinsglen I don't want to have a fracking debate, but here it goes. We are decades away from having the technology to replace fossil fuels. If they ban fracking, then it will be replaced with imported oil and coal that put more co2 in the air. Natural gas and nuclear should be major energy producers until they figure renewable energy on cloudy days. It was easier for me to vote more ideological when I was younger because it was just me, but now I got to prioritize my interests over interests of others for the sake of my family. Its unfortunate if that makes me a bad person.

@thegoblinsglen They always test the drinking water and it comes up clean. The same people who feel sick from fracking get sick from 5G towers. Its all psychological.

@Stephen Dickens The president can't fire a congressman. Only voters can.

@toyajackson556 I guess my family is evil for voting Republican. Nevermind the fact, Biden wants to ban fracking that puts food on the table and pays for my sister's schooling. We are deplorable human beings for voting for the party that has our best interests.
1
@toyajackson556 My point is that the two party system doesn't always give people the option to vote in their best interest and for the most moral candidate. Sometimes people have to vote for candidates they don't like if they believe the alternative will leave them and their family worst off. Things are rarely black and white, so be careful condemning large groups of people.

@bobvanderwest9358 Not really, but more so than the Democrats.

@bobvanderwest9358 Until covid, unemployment was at its lowest and wages were on rise. You could pretend otherwise, but the numbers don't lie.

@JEFFCLEVANDR I never understood the "heal the country" nonsense. It makes it sounds like we fought a bloody civil war instead of having partisan arguments over Facebook. I don't have an issue with Congress not getting much done due to partisanship. The alternative is one side forcing their ideology down the throat on half the country that heavly opposes it.

@ellejacobs548 Even out of the White House, Trump will be Kingmaker of the Republican party. In future Republican primaries, Trump will only endorse candidates who showed him loyalty. Anyone who opposed him will not be running again. Even gone, the GOP will be held hostage to Trump.

@djc6323 Half of the writers of the US Constitution were slave owners. It would be unreasonable to oppose the Bill of Rights, because Jefferson was a racist. You can agree with some of Trump's policies without liking the man or his actions.
