  2. ​ @denniswilder3014 Hear his side? Trump is allowed to dispute the facts of the case. Trump isn't allowed to attack civil servants and their families in hopes that his inbred followers will send death threats and intimidate the civil servants from doing their job.

  3.  @mikedavis-ip5cx  Free speech isn't unlimited according to many, many Supreme Court cases. Even Trump believes this if you look at the hundreds of cases of slander he has brought against people and organizations. Intimidation and threats aren't protected speech, especially against judicial civil servants and witnesses.
