  16.  @ow3wells  More of California's poor government policy. Just look at the Democrat super majority. They are either in real estate or their major donors are in real estate. They intentionally make laws and zoning that prevent anything except a few single family homes from being built. The taxes are also designed to encourage people to never sell their homes and redevelopment property to fit more families in less space. These Democrat special interests want property to be unaffordable because they are getting rich off it.

  17.  @Atlantafied  Crime has been declining since the 90s every year. Things have only been reversing recently as Progressives defund the police, refused to prosecute violent crimes, and decriminalize non-violent crime.
