 @mikerew9132 It is alleged until convicted. Even Trump deserves to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.

@lawrencelampke6007 One can't preach about the rule of law and then be against constitutional protections. It would be hypocritical. Just like how no one should be above the law, everyone deserves equal constitutional protections. Trump deserves the same treatment as any other citizen.

@Norah56s The visible "facts" are allegations in an indictment. The allegations lack context, details, or even questions of credibility. There is a reason due process is part of our constitution. If allegations = guilt because you heard so from the media, then Fox New already found Hunter, Joe, and Hillary "guilty."

@Norah56s Based on the evidence presented, Trump looks very guilty. However, it is still fair to call the crimes "alleged" as the accusations haven't been proven in a courtroom where Trump is allowed to defend himself.
