What statement did they say that would be considered perjury? At no point did they say they would not consider overturning president in extreme cases. Maybe due to arguments, they were convinced that Roe vs Wade is so extremely off base from other constitutional president that it had to be overturned like Plessy v. Ferguson.

@ronalddimond3752 They're statements did imply they were unlikely to overturn the Roe vs Wade, but they never said anything that could be interpreted that they ruled out the possibility. There wasn't any perjury.
