  1. It is hard to trust CNN panelists when they claim court decisions they agree with are impartial, while decisions they disagree with are a sign judge is partisan. This is especially true with Trump appointed judges where CNN claims rulings in favor of Trump shows judges are agents of the former president, while ruling against Trump is a sign of federal judges being impartial. Instead of questioning the court, maybe CNN needs to work on being more impartial themselves.
