Twitch's problem was always that it didn't follow it's own TOS, the one time they do suddenly it's a problem lol. It's still a really grey area tbh because when does a company get to have a TOS and the ability to control their own service? Isn't the problem that there's not enough competition and not whether or not they get to define what type of speech is off limits? With a service like Twitter, the only real reason that's different is because government officials have decided to use that as the public square.
