The irony of course is that all "green" technology is way less green than conventional energy production, and not to mention there are 10 rivers in the world contributing to the pollution of the ocean, 8 of them are in China, 2 are in india and all 10 aren't even in our hemisphere so there's literally nothing we can do about it lol, all these electric cars cost way more in pollutants to produce and their batteries aren't recyclable and it would take multiple lifetimes to make up for that ONE car, now we're seeing a push to produce more electric junkers, oh boy (they're trying to make an electric F-150, I don't know a working man alive who will buy one, so there's the silver lining) I think what cracks me up the most is those paper straws are so much worse for the environment than the plastic ones.. lmao
