I mean it's kinda true though, the bulk of the people that did move to Bitchute were political commentators and crackpots, they take the lions share of attention, Bitchute would have to downplay that content and force entertainment to the front page in order to get people to jump on board but then the political commentators would throw a fit. Think of the average normie, they don't want to be bombarded with political opinion videos, go to bitchute right now without being logged in, hell use a VPN and look at the front page and what do you see? At least at the dawn of YT there was exceedingly weird and entertaining stuff to watch but at Bitchute all you see are people just b*tching about something. ... Yall also need to understand, there is no ad revenue at youtube anymore, people are here out of convenience, they built their channels here so if you want them to move (which their audience virtually never moves with them intact) you have got to give them as much lube as humanly possible to make that transition, they're not going to make it if they feel people are going to be turned off by the new platform and political b*tching vids are a huge red flag.

  4. Twitter doesn't need to die in order for a competing platform to be successful, it just means the competing platform sucks lol especially when they end up just being clones of their competitor. Gab sucks because it's just twitter, but full of boomers lol its so boring

  5. Meh, don't care, they can do whatever they want to keep out whomever they want, that's their right. The market will determine whether or not platforming "white nationalists" is good or bad or has no bearing on their success at all. Let alt tech hash this out themselves, let them compete with each other and let the market do all the work, you kinda don't have a choice anyway. If you want to be actually helpful, fight to encourage the competition and preserve the ability to do so. ... Honestly I see most of this as pointless, the people who use these sites are so fickle as it is, big tech doesn't really have to do anything to keep the competition from growing, they do it to themselves with the constant purity spiraling lol leftists do this crap too because at the end of the day it's just 2 sides of the same coin, same behaviors, different lines of stupid.
