@el-Conde-MonteCristo They sucked the wealth out of countries like Mozambique and Angola for centuries. When Mozambique nationalised in 1975, the departing Portuguese poured concrete down all the toilets so the houses and buildings could not be used by the newly independent Mozambican people. Spain and Portugal where just as bad as any other colonising country for stealing from the countries they colonised. You have a lot to learn.

@elephantintheroom5678 HT is an anti-West propaganda channel. They regularly use images and video footage totally unrelated to the story and try to make it seem like it is genuine footage. They heavily censor comments that dispute what they are saying. If you are objective, it won't take long to recognise this. However, if you just want to see and hear a certain perspective of the world then it may not be obvious to you.

@el-Conde-MonteCristo I don't have a problem with any group of people that decides to live traditionally IF they give up any benefit that comes from the modern society they reject. But this narrative that the European countries went in and destroyed peaceful, benevolent societies where everyone co-existed in some perfect utopia is rubbish! A lot of these cultures were war-like, violent and cruel ie: human nature. Slavery was common and not a concept that Europeans introduced. Every other race and culture is allowed to be proud of their warrior history EXCEPT Europeans, who dominated all of them. It's rank hypocrisy.
